At Grace Church, we have families with children, and we want to make sure that they have a chance to raise their kids with a foundation in the church through prayer, fellowship, and service.
Due to Covid-19, some youth ministries are temporarily cancelled.
We provide a wide variety or youth programming for youth of all ages with quality trained staff and volunteers certified in Safeguarding God’s People, a national boundaries-training program about working with young people. You can contact the parish office at 620-662-8024 to know more!
Nursery During Services
While youth are invited to attend and participate in service, nursery is available during the 10:15 service for infants up to age 3. The nursery is located in the basement and provides a variety of toys and activities for young ones to enjoy.
Children’s Chapel is offered during the 10:15 a.m. service. Our younger school-age children (approx. Pre School-3rd grade) leave “big” church before the readings and follow the cross to the Children’s Chapel Upstairs in the youth room. This room is set up to be a sacred space. We offer a simplified morning prayer service of songs, prayer, scripture readings, and children’s discussion. Children rejoin their parents in the worship service during the Peace.
